Refund and Return Policy

MIRA Productions, Inc.

Event is to take place Rain or Shine.  There is no refund/return of tickets purchased.  In case of event cancellation, an alternative event date will be given in which tickets purchased shall be honored.  In case of event cancellation and no alternate date, ticket purchaser will be refunded ticket price.  Mira will use best efforts to resolve any discrepancies of a credit card company from refusal of payment.  During the sale and fulfillment of the Tickets, Mira will use best efforts to deliver Tickets to end user or customer within the time frame represented on the Mira Productions website, and shall be held solely responsible for any and all delays in delivery.  If a customer does not receive the Tickets, Mira agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts to replace Tickets.
