Mira Productions has been a partner in producing major events within the greater Cleveland area for fifteen years.  Some of these events include the WGAR Country Jam, Rover Fest, and the Cleveland Marathon.  Additionally, Mira Productions has consulted for such events as the Downtown Cleveland Alliance Winterfest, the International Children’s Games, the Historic Warehouse District Festival, the Taste of Tremont, and the Ingenuity Festival.  
Below is a list of Mira Productions services:

Project Management

– coordinating with all event partners, creating and maintaining timelines for ordering supplies and contracting with vendors, creating and maintaining budgets, invoicing, filing all tax paperwork, BMI and ASCAP paperwork

Contracting

– vendors/subcontractors, sites, artists, merchants

Artist/Talent Coordination

– selection, negotiate contracts, rider fulfillment, coordinate payments, create bios, merchandise selling/reconciliation

Stage Production

– create scripts, create schedule/manage time, gofer and production assistants

Box Office Management

– sell online tickets through website, use of merchant services such as portable credit card machines, manage on site box office, ticket taking/scanning, selling, and money room, end of event reconciliations and financial accounting

Event Plans

– create a custom event staffing plan for volunteers, event staff, labor, crowd management, security and off duty law enforcement, construct detailed site plans and transportation/routing plans (i.e. marathon routes/trolley stops)

Vendor Coordination

– contact/negotiate/contract food, lighting, tenting, stage, sound, parking among others, making sure all permits have been pulled, handling all on site coordination

Permitting

– representation for steering committee meetings, pulling city permits (i.e. street closures/parade permitting), state permits for liquor

Logistics

– labor crews for setup/tear down, staging area for materials and supplies, transportation for materials/supplies to and front events, on site coordination

Event Day/On Site Management

– event manager for day of show at venue or multiple venue coordination (city-wide), on site trouble shooting, manage event hotline, coordination with venue and on site production/vendors/subcontractors

Volunteer Coordination

– hire volunteer coordinator, create staffing plan, provide meeting space, training, purchasing necessary supplies

Community Liaison

– contacting and maintaining communication with local community leaders both public and private, businesses, merchants, residents, and CDS, coordinating participation, scheduling informational meetings

Studies/Surveys

– coordinate logistics needed for conducting economic impact studies, create, transmit and review customer surveys both online through mail
