Any tickets purchased on or after August 31st, 2011 will not be sent out in the mail.  Ticket purchasers must bring a photo ID and copy of Purchase Order to Will Call located at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds Box Office.  Name on Photo ID must match the SHIP TO information submitted when tickets were purchased online.

Shipping Details - Customers will be charged shipping and handling per transaction and a convenience fee per ticket purchased in addition to the price of tickets.  The fee for shipping and handling is $4.75 per transaction plus an additional convenience fee of $1.00 per ticket for all transactions.  Limit of ten (10) tickets per transaction for General Admission tickets and six (6) per transaction for Super Fan tickets.
